Common help
Local music is missing
Confirm that Vynody has permission to access music or files in your system settings, then rescan the folder containing your music.
Lyrics or metadata cannot be found
Online lyrics, song identification, and metadata lookup require a network connection. Check your connection and make sure the song title and artist are as accurate as possible.
Local-network sharing cannot connect
Confirm both devices are on the same trusted local network and that Vynody has local-network permission. Some networks or firewalls block device discovery.
